I have cooked several of the recipes including the really delicious Boeuf Bourguignon followed by the equally delicious Crème Caramel. I was a little disappointed not to see the bistro classic Coq au Vin recipe here. Cooking for me is therapeutic and the more that goes into the process the better and I can focus my mind on the end result. There are enough recipes in this book to do exactly that.
