This pads can be used to play games or activities where the child can learn to identify different emotions. They are constructed well and seem sturdy enough for frequent use. It is a simple product but it works perfectly well. The faces do a good job of depicting the emotions.

These are so great! They are well made and quite durable. My two year old granddaughter will use them as stepping stones every once in a while and they hold up. The expressions are very clear and she learned them the first day we got them. She also has an emotion book and she was able to correlate the pads to her book.I usually use the "sad", "angry" and "happy" pads with her right now. Sometimes she has a hard time expressing her feelings but these help her when she is upset because just looking at them and telling me what they are calms her down. I do like the "loved" pad with the heart eyes :)They are about 13" in diameter. I definitely recommend these emotion pads. I can see us using them for many years.

My oldest stepson is non-verbal and has been diagnosed with Angelman syndrome. My wife and I always look for new methods/media to use to communicate with him, and although he does benefit from digital technology and means to share, the emotions pads speed up and simplify those communications, and we're very grateful.

These are perfect. My daughter has a hard time expressing her emotions sometimes. These have help her find another way to express her emotions.

I ordered these in the hopes that they would help a child in my life express their emotions better. The child is non-verbal and is on the spectrum, and often doesn't cope well with their emptions or express them in a healthy way. There are no tips or instructions included with them, but they are colorful, soft and fun. If you're working with young kids on the spectrum, expect it to be some time before they'll focus on the emotions portrayed on the faces. Modeling by an adult is helpful.They're well made. They match perfectly with other ECR4Kids contemporary-colored items, and even though he's not using them as intended yet, he is using them for color matching exercises.

A little larger than expected, but stack nicely and don’t take up much room at all. My PreK kiddos love them.
