ClassicFlame Tequesta Wall Mantel with 18" Electric Fireplace, Old World Brown

I love this fireplace!! It’s made of authentic stone with the perfect earthy colors. No assembly required — just remove the protective packaging, plug and turn it on via remote control! It couldn’t get any easier. The flames look real with 5 different mode adjustment options. The heater works well with ability to increase or decrease temperature. You can enjoy these gorgeous flames with or without heat. An added perk is a timer to auto-shut off. Love it SO much!!!!

I love the look of the mantle and it fits perfectly in front of the real chimney in our 122 year old house. And I like the flickering flame of the firebox. So I am really happy with the product. However there are 3 issues that I am really displeased with:1. The mantle came broken at the bottom “wood” platform with 2 two large chunks loose. We haven’t figured out how to cover this up yet.2. The “logs” of the firebox were markedly unlike the picture on Amazon. The look like two backlighted lungs. There are no visible fake logs.3. The firebox appears to be plastered into the mantle so that when it wears out one would have to get rid of the mantle as well as the firebox rather than just replace the firebox. Very disappointing.Possibly shipping the firebox and mantle separately might decrease the breakage of the mantle but maybe the mantle, being plaster it appears, needs the firebox to keep it from breaking up completely during shipping.

Bought this for a small farm house, it is so cute and works great so far. Very little assembly.

I loved the fireplace but the company needs to package it better. The top of the mantle did not have any cushion or bubble wrap around it and so it came scratched. The mantle is made out of some kind of plaster and is probably easily damaged and mine came with some of it chipped underneath. The back side of the fireplace box was also dented. I messaged the seller asking if I could get some kind of reimbursement for the damages since it is one of the more expensive fireplaces on Amazon. The seller offered only $80 so I decided to return it but Amazon offered a full refund and did not require for me to send it back. I was willing to keep my purchase and pay half of what I paid if the seller would have offered back more than $80. Overall I do love the fireplace but just suggest the seller package the fireplace more securely. If you love the look, I’d say buy it but just know it may come damaged.

I previously purchased one of these fireplaces several years ago and loved it. So I decided to add another one into my bedroom. The package had a few holes in the box and the box wasn't very sturdy. When I opened the box and removed the packaging I noticed a few pieces of stuff falling out. Once everything was removed I could clearly see that the entire bottom on one side is failing and crumbling. The insert still works but I worry that it will eventually just fall apart. I have contacted the seller and will update the review once I receive an answer.Update: I received a response from the company. In order to receive the refund because they won't replace it, I had to cut the cord and void the sticker on the back. Now I have to wait for the seller to initiate the refund. I am still not happy because now I will have to pay for a bulk pickup on trash day to take the now destroyed fireplace.

Love the electric fireplace. Its beautiful. Just take out of box, plug in..

We just received this fireplace today. It took way more work to carry it in the house than it did to unbox and setup. It arrived undamaged and works perfectly. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I received this fireplace, and it was damaged on the base. It was damaged on the lower left on top of the base The base is not wood. It won't take stain because it is not wood. I hope the factory will send me a new one without charge. I will wait and see what customer service will do about it if anything. Otherwise, it is beautiful fireplace. It has been over a week, and I have not received any information from the company I still have not been contacted by anyone I don't know what to do. They refunded my purchased price.
