Bike was defective said they was sending another waited to weeks no bike then in the end after lots of messing about got a refund but this was all over Xmas period so I'll wait now and see if my refund arrives in the bank because the Nike didn't avoid seller at all cost

I bought this bike in Feb, Their customer service is incredible، I faced an issue, they support me in a way never have experienced before. Buy this bike and rest assured about their services and backup.

I have been using this bike for a while. It was easy to assemble as they had provided the manual containing instructions for assembling. It can be easily folded which makes it easier to carry to different places. Overall,I am satisfied with quality of the bike.

Rear wheel doesn't work properly, the breaker are switched and also are not working properly, the pedale is broken after one month of use, the bike feels like a kid toy that can be broken so easily. The only thing good in this bike is the looks and the frame. I would recommend adding a few euros and buy a good bike instead of this one. It was a really awful experience with this item
