Update: Love it even more now! Washes well in dishwasher, no problem! Also, if I don’t finish my morning coffee, I’ll put the balance in the refrigerator for ice coffee in the afternoon. This is much easier to get thoroughly clean when compared with a standard electric coffee maker. I heat the water to boiling in the microwave in my large PYREX measuring cup, wait for it to stop boiling and it’s a breeze from there. The twisted handle is beautiful!Came with an enclosed card stating it was hand blown. Loved the first one so much, bought a backup!!!!
