I really like these little lights. They provide great light in a small, tasteful lamp. So much more attractive than the flat screen. And it’s wonderful they have 3 light settings so they can be used as a regular lamp. It’s just turning winter where I live so I’m sure I’ll be using the SAD setting more often.Very highly recommend.

I love this lamp! It is really quite bright for its size and has many features. There are 3 light styles: cool, warm, natural. And multiple levels of brightness. You can set a timer or just leave it on. All the controls are available via a touch pad on the lamp base. Plus it comes with a remote so you can control it from a distance.

I used to have a "happy light" years ago. It was expensive, relatively large, and the light was harsh & hard on my eyes.This lamp was inexpensive, it's very lightweight, and the shade helps reduce the harshness of the bright light. It looks nice, like a small lamp, instead of a bank of search lights.It's also turned out to be versatile. There are three tones of white (warm, natural, and very white), plus 4 levels of intensity. I use the lowest level, in warm white, when I first wake up, and slowly increase brightness to mimic the sun rising. I also use the lowest level before bed, to help me get ready for sleep.I'm very pleased with this light.

I appreciate that this lamp came with an instruction manual on how to use it for light therapy. It was easy to set up. It comes with a remote, which is perfect because I have it on the top of a bookshelf in my classroom. Rather than having to reach up to it each day I can just use the remote. It is very bright on the top setting, so I have it in my peripheral vision rather than straight on. It's strong enough to provide some benefit to my medium sized classroom. I haven't used the timer function, but this seems like a great lamp overall.

I've been happy with this lamp, and I think it's made a difference in my mood when it's been cloudy. I really like using the timer and getting that brightness in the morning.

I've had this for a few months now and and it's been a good buy. If I were to nitpick, I'd say it would be nice if one could turn it up brighter than it goes. Also, the quality of the remote feels a bit on the low-end side.All in all I'm glad I bought it.

Light wise it was excellent, very customizable, easily controllable. However, it emitted a very high pitched ringing that was unbearable for me. Not everyone can hear such ringing, but I can guarantee it's not in my head, as I can be blindfolded and accurately tell you whether the lamp is on or off based on its sound.I'm not sure if anyone else had this issue. I loved it in terms of its light but sadly had to throw it out because the sound was super annoying.

The media could not be loaded.  This lamp is amazing and even better quality than I was expecting. The remote works great and it has a weight to it that makes it feel expensive. It is surprisingly bright and I love that you can change the color and brightness.
