This money counter is very convenient to use. You can put mixed denominations in at the same time, and it sorts and counts them automatically, which saves a lot of time. It’s accurate, easy to operate, and much more efficient than counting cash by hand. Overall, it’s a great machine and definitely worth the price.

This product is absolutely great. It took some time to calibrate (it would get the bills stuck at first, turns out the feeder was too tight). I also needed to configure it so it would detect real and counterfeit Peruvian Sol currency, and their team was incredibly responsive, always willing to help. There was an issue with the firmware, and their team quickly made a custom one in the next day, and even made custom videos to show how the item worked. It's still a relatively budget device, it doesn't support large stacks of bills and you need to be very careful of alignment (if the bill enters the machine slightly diagonally, it gets flagged as having an issue and won't be counted), however the currency support, speed, and counterfeit detection is solid. 5 stars for the price.

I use this in my daily work. It didn’t last a year. I’ve tried to resetting. It has not been damaged or dropped. It just stopped counting on any setting… I would have thought it would have lasted more than a few months.

I purchased the MUNBYN IMC09 money counter back in August of this year. I have been using it every week multiple times and absolutely love it. It will count multiple denominations it batches and it also checks counterfeit or questionable bills. This saves time and especially the handling of money it can help with someone who is older and has arthritis. If I was to rate it between 1 and 10, I would give it a 10. But not only is great for usage but it is also fun. One of my best purchases I've done in a long time.

Overall product is fine. Work well also. Speed of money counts also acceptable only issue is if bill not fully straight it's jammed the machine which cause wasting of time

The product itself is amazing and very accurate. Easy to use and simple to set up. Very nice packaged and shipping is quick. Had a simple issue but reached out for support and they responded within 5 minutes. The person who helped me was absolutely phenomenal, I loved every part of the service. They took care of me very rapidly. They offered to ship me out a replacement immediately and also upgraded me to a better model for the inconvenience. I’m absolutely stunned at how amazing their service provider was. I honestly felt like I was pampered with this buying experience.

I always wanted a money counter machine, I saw a lot of videos on Tiktok there is a lot counter machine that only counts bills, no this one called mixed donination it does tell you exactly how money you have, I have no idea how but it reads every single bill so fast that I still can't believe how fast it does, I am very impressed a little trick at beginning sometimes you have to calibrate which is very easy, all the instructions in English and costumer support very good. I got on black friday special but worth every single penny.
