Reliable and convenient
So far so good. I’ve owned this product a few months now and it moves between my laptop and my iPhone perfectly with the dual connectors. It stores a lot of data and is easy to archive or to transfer files from one to the other. So far I love it.

It wouldn’t take all my photos, and then when it finally did after waiting 4 hours(having to keep the screen on) it only transferred 1 photo 12,000 times, then half of the videos won’t play. Now I’m trying to erase it and they still show the items on there so unable to clear things to return it! Such a pain!
