The wife and I have been using this Wild Yam Cream for about 1 week now, my wife uses it on her face while I use it on all my dry skin problem spots like my elbows, hands and feet, we are not sure what the hormone balancing part is all about or even how to gauge if that aspect is even working, but used as a moisturizer, this stuff is incredible to me. A little bit goes a long way with this, and it has a pleasant aroma that is not overpowering. Once applied I can feel an immediate difference on my dry skin, it feels cooler and a lot less irritated and within a minute the cream dries up leaving my skin feeling great without leaving any oily or greasy residue afterwords like with my lotions. I have been using this on my problem spots twice daily and the effect lasts from one application to the next and my problem areas are starting to look a lot better and not so reptilian like they once did. My wife on the other hand says that her skin feels itchy after applying this to her face, but I have yet to experience anything similar to that. Overall, me personally, I am happy with this wild yam cream and how it has been helping my dry skin problem spots, my wife does not use it anymore though.

First let me say that this product's before and after images are a joke. No, this product will not take 40 or 50 years off your appearance or make you lose weight. The actual product description really only mentions moisturizing and some vague wording about circulation and balancing and relaxation which really don't mean much. The product title mentions hormone balancing. I'm not entirely sure what that means. Assuming that the company isn't actually suggesting that the pictures illustrate realistic changes that you will see after using this makeup and that you're buying this as a moisturizer, it's a very nice cream.AS A MOISTURIZER...The first good thing I noticed is that the bottles have the standard screw-on lid and then another reusable plastic lid below that to keep the product fresh. Although it's environmentally unfriendly to have two plastic lids, it does mean that your product may be able to stay fresher and the threads of the lid don't get gunked up with moisturizer. I'll call that a plus as far as the cream goes.The cream has a soft, smooth feel. Quite pleasing. When it's being applied, I found absolutely no oily or greasy feel to it. It applies smoothly. After application the skin felt soft with no greasy or oily remnants. It has a pleasant smell.I update my reviews if / when I notice anything new about a product. If I notice a more long-term change in my skin, I will add that to my review. For now, I'm quite happy with this moisturizer. My biggest problem is really only that you don't get much in the bottles (140 g total).

This is wild yam cream it overpriced lotion that smells awful

This isn’t just a face cream, it can be used on the body. Using a small amount, it’s massaged twice a day into the skin. I must say, the before and after pictures is an incentive to try this cream. I’m trying this on my face, twice a day. The scent smells like other face creams, fairly pleasant. It dissipates after a few minutes and absolutely no scent remains. My skin just sucked up the cream, so guess it’s pretty dry.After shaving, I noticed my skin was dry, especially around my lips, so I made sure to concentrate on that area. I woke up this morning to no dryness around my lips. It definitely moisturizes. I really like that it isn’t greasy or sticky at all. I don’t expect amazing results that will knock 20-30 years off of how my looks, like it shows for the models. No cream can do that. But it is a nice moisturizing cream that doesn’t feel like it’s sitting on my face all day.
