No proper instructions to put them together. Website is not user friendly still in bags

Missing items unable to get qr to work for instructions
Seems like standard Lego, ordered three of these wubbox things for my kid, they only shipped me two. Nothing looked like the picture. No instructions absolute waste of money. Also on the refund option they automatically block it I'll be seeking a refund but probably on the hook for it anyway. Don't waste your money on this junk
