Great Quality
Ideal sized fire extinguisher for a caravan or camper van. Very easy to install and good value for money. Luckily we haven't had to use it but looks very easy to use if needed.

Faulty and bad customer service
Pin in place and handle not pressed, this started hissing from a brass valve under the handle. On removing the pin and pressing the handle outside, co2 blasted back towards my hands. Contacted the company for a refund or replacement and they said they have sold over 10k and never had one leak so no further action. Didn't ask for it back to test, just a nope, your fault. Wasted money and could have been a dangerous situation if I had needed it in an emergency.

I received it in good time and hopefully will never have to use it so difficult to review.
It was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. I hope I never have the need to review it.
