Did not work for me
Never had a toenail infection before. Have used this for several weeks and it has just got worse and spread. Tip for anyone who, like me, did not think... do not use the same scissors to cut infected toenails. I think is how it spread to the next toe. Obvious I suppose but did not occur to me until too late. I now disinfect the scissors. Did some research and found that there is more that can be done. Have bought a more expensive product that comes with a small file and special nail varnish to use once it is better. Filing the nail down before applying the medicine and rubbing the lotion into the entire toe nail seems to be working better. Will update once I see how it goes.

Been using this for a few weeks now and my big toenail still looks awful

Conflicting instructions.
On the box it mentions a cream to be applied twice a day. There's no mention of the cream on the bottle. As it happens there's no cream, just the liquid. I'm supposed to apply the liquid twice a day for at least 4 weeks. I'll be surprised if it lasts that long. It's too early to say if it will work.
