Hello, first of all. I am really happy to see this kind of customer service. I read this thing in books during engineering. I appreciate your service. I bought the S12 because It was newly released and I thought there were some upgrades. But I was very disappointed with the quality. But the design and look of the microphone are so good.Customer support helped me and they provided me J13 microphone. Still, I will say the quality is okay or maybe at this price you will get this only. I will give 5/5 to customer support. Microphone - 3.5/5

The product is simply amazing. Quality of the product is very good.The Grenaro customer service team is truly amazing! When I encountered some technical issues with this microphone, they not only explained the problems in detail but also provided options for replacement or return. I chose the replacement option, and they personally shipped the new microphone to me, conducting an inspection before sending it out.Throughout the entire process, their response time was really fast, explanations were clear, and their attitude in handling the issue was very positive. Not of use for karaoke singing.
The product is good for purposes other than karaoke singing through mobile so not of my use and also there is no return policy for this product. Please fuide me if it can be used for karaoke singing.

NOICE CANCELATION
It's perfect in it's cost segment..though 1st delivery was defective, as a after sale service they immediately replaced after a deep wsapp research by their team ..very supportive, friendly and promising person took all responsibility to replace..and it was beyond imagination..Now, Today I'm ordering one more piece for my daughter as she is very satisfied after some technical trial as an expert you tuber..Thanks to Company's research team , good invention..an asset..
