I am getting up in years and I started noticing issues with my short term memory. I decided to try some brain food just to see if I had any improvement. I started with Neuriva but it was too expensive for me being on a fixed income so I did some shopping. Take 2 capsules a day for a 3 month supply. Reasonable price and I have been taking them for a couple of months and I really believe it is helping some. Easy to swallow with water. No side effects I’m aware of. I would say at least for me it has been effective.

I got these cause I suffer from brain fog and confusion and stuff I have damage to my central nervous system, I was really hoping I’d see more of an improvement the what I am I’ve been taking it a couple of months now but I’ve not seen a huge improvement, I still have quite a few left I’m gonna continue to take them hopefully I see more of a difference by the time I’m done with them cause if so I’ll order another bottle, if not I’ll look into something else to try So nope I feel no change or anything different at all with this stuff, I definitely had high hopes for it from the reviews I read but it’s a no for me.. I’m gonna finish them there’s not much left but I’m over it
