These resistance bands are the best in have purchased.
I love these resistance bands. They come in 5 different resistances which i find very useful for the different workouts im doing. They are made with a thicker material and just the right width. They are comfortable and fit perfectly and stay in place while using them. A problem I've had with others because they were not as thick and would roll as I was using them. I've tried 2 other kinds of resistance bands and these are by far the best i have found. I love that they are easy to pack and take with me when I travel. They come with instructions on how to use them and on each one it shows the resistance of the band in big letters. I would highly recommend them.

Pretty good for the price
The bands are better than I expected! They feel a bit flimsy maybe, but they hold up without issue (so far). The bag on the other hand, started falling appart at the seams. But that's easily replaceable. It also included a guide with different exercises you can do with the bands, which is pretty good if you have no idea where to begin.

Decent for begginers doing small range movements
Were ok. Mostly useful for small ranges, but dont really offer enough resistance for me (even as a begginer) even when I bunch them all up together lol. I feel like they dont offer as much resistance as they state because of this...also the heavy-duty ones feel like theyll snap if you try to get any range from them 😬

Love them
I've been using these for quite some time. They are durable, and its great they come in various strengths. They do roll up, but you can still use them. I like that it came with a booklet that shows you a couple of exercises you can do with them. Very compact and the bag is a great touch!
