I recently placed an order, which arrived in excellent condition. It is a charming and well-crafted accessory. However, upon ordering a second piece, I was surprised to find that the color is already fade. This inconsistency in the quality of the items delivered is quite disappointing. Moreover, the lack of response from customer service only adds to my dissatisfaction. Given these shortcomings, I have decided not to make any further purchases from this brand.
