Outstanding balsamic vinegar
I read a lot of reviews of numerous brands before ordering, and I am really pleased with this excellent vinegar. Much better that anything that I have found in a store, including the high-end markets. It's expensive, but it drips out slowly enough and tastes rich enough that it will last quite a while. Definitely worth it.

Absolutely Delicious
How many times have you ordered tomatoes, mozzarella & basil or Chicken Paillard both have aged balsamic drizzled over it. Now you can enjoy this all the time at home! This is delicious. Once you have it available at home, you’ll use it for other dishes too.

Compared to Gran Deposito Aceto Balsamico Di Giuseppe Giusti
I have the 3 Medallion Gran Deposito Aceto Balsamico Di Giuseppe Giusti which I really enjoy and decided to try the Giusti 5 Gold Medallion "Banda Rossa" Champagnottina. They are very similar and I am not sure most people would even notice the difference between the two. However, compared side by side, there is a subtle but noticeable difference. The 3 medallion is slightly more vinegary and assertive. The Banda Rossa is smoother and more mellow. They have a different viscosity and pour differently -- the 5 medallion comes out of the bottle in droplets, rather than a thin stream of syrup like the 3 medallion. Both are delicious. However, if pressed, I prefer the 5 medallion. Its expensive -- so I'm going to reserve this precious little bottle for only the most special of applications.

Tasteful but Not Tasty Enough
Good. Not too sweet. Nice for fancier cheeses. Not enough personality for me, though.

Phantastischer Balsamico

Super leckerer Balsamico Essig
Habe in gleich mal probieren müssen.
