Today was the first time We used it. I love the strong material and how strong it is. Used it and it seems to work well. The price is fantastic and I will recommend it to anybody. Love the product for its price.

This seems to be a pretty sturdy device. It's adjustable depending on how much of a curve you want to stretch your back out on. I call this the crunch board because every time I lay down and use this, my back cracks so much and feels so good. The instructions were easy to figure out for it as well. I have a lot of issues with pain and whatnot in my lower back and this definitely makes it a little bit better for me.

I have used back stretchers before and they have been super helpful towards my body. I always feel so much more relieved and comfortable after using. I stopped using it at one point because I had thought that my back pain was gone for good, of course it didn’t and I had to suffer all over again but this time forgetting about the back stretcher. Once I found this on my Amazon I knew I needed to get it—it’s like it got a spark to my brain. This back stretched has an amazing variety. I can easily stretch all the way making sure that all those aches fly away. This back stretcher seemed a bit weak at first but I was able to warm up to it. My back has felt incredible now using this stretcher. It’s so helpful and provides just amazing comfort.

I always have such a sore back at the end of the day. I have used multiple back stretchers to help. This back stretcher looked pretty nice. It had a good size and looked okay. It was not as durable as I though. This back stretcher has a pretty good size. I’m just worried about it’s durability. The back stretcher seems so bendy that I’m afraid if I use it too much it could break. This back stretcher didn’t help that much with my back. It just kept it not sore but then the soreness came back pretty quickly. This back stretcher has a good size but the durability could be better.

I really like the different levels of arch you can create with this back stretcher. The spikes feel really good as well as long as I remove the red cushion thing to get more contact. It relieves a lot of the tightness that I tend to keep in my lower back. Just make sure you use this when you have someone around that can help you get back up if needed!
