Good for small projects
This hasp would work well for a gate or light fence door. The provided screws are light duty, so I would consider getting larger or heavier duty replacements if you want the hasp to provide strong security. The words "heavy duty" should be replaced with medium duty
The hasp is heavy duty, but the staple (loop part) is medium at best. And as the saying goes, "a chain is only as strong as it's weakest link." It seems like a mismatched pair.
