Great for meal prepping. I am a family of 6 and like to meal prep over the weekend for the following week. I have a 1 hour commute to and from work and meal prepping makes it a whole lot simpler. Good size for prepping. I like the tall sides so it doesn't run over the top. Sturdy and the foil cover makes it great for reheating.
