Kydex Multitool Sheath for the LEATHERMAN Arc - Made in USA - Multi Tool Holder Holster - Black

Unfortunately I had to return it, I don’t know if it’s a specific situation on this one made for the ARC or this happens on all models. The sheath is very well constructed but for some reason is very tight, even loosing up the adjustments screws is still considerably tight and to this point, screws start falling with vibration once there’s no much thread inserted. Wish it had worked for me, really liked the design and quality of product.

Everything fits good reviews say it fell apart should tighten the screws I also have one for my surge.I make sure I tighten the screws so the multi tool is nicely snug the opening in the bottom allows you to easily dislodge. The clip is very secure plus the sheath fits cleanly and not bulky. I plan on leathercrafting a sheath for accessories.

This sheath is well built and very comfortable to carry. I really like the adjustability and the fact that you can change the amount of tension. Well worth the money!

Im not sure If I got a defect or what the deal is. The sheath has sharp edges, and looked like it has been run across sand paper. The multitool barely fits inside the sheath the pocket clip on the leatherman does not index well with the slot in the sheath, and neither does the thumb stud for the knife. The clam shell design works but its indexing point is off, meaning that the tool either fits and is very tight, or does not fit and falls out. Lord help you if you accidently put the tool in backwards, you'll need a screwdriver to unbolt the shell to get your tool out (Which is usually where my screwdriver is). Lastly, and this may be personal preference, the belt clip is far too deep, and wiggles a lot when attached to my belt. the only way its comfortable is to wear it inside the waistband with the belt clip facing out.

I use this for my multitool everyday working in the military. Easier to use than the standard velcro but it definitely sticks out more so it has gotten caught on things (not often). Its durable enough that even though its gotten snagged on car doors, bag straps it still holds up.

Sheath is shaped right but way too tight. Loosening it enough for the arc to slip in and out left the screws too loose so the spacers and screws both fell out at some point.

Perfect fit, if not you can adjust. It’s made to last a lifetime. I’m pleased with the purchase.

Great product. A must have if you EDC for mild to heavy use.

Best multitool sheath I have ever seen, very durable and I like how your Leatherman locks in making it impossible to lose. A must have accessory for your Leatherman tool!

Will damage the tool over time with scratches but thats what Leathermans are for.
