My husband got this for his motorcycle and it’s very nice and durable feeling. Very well made. When he first put his phone in the holder was covering his camera but he was able to adjust it so that it doesn’t anymore. It’s highly adjustable. My husbands phone is also pretty large. He has a iPhone 15 pro max with a case and it still fits fine. He hasn’t rode with it on yet so I’m not sure how the vibration damper is but the holder seems to me awesome quality so I’m guessing it’ll be fine.

Seems the phone holder has too many connections that extends the whole thing to far and makes it shake too muck when riding and 1st bump in the rode my phone ended up landing on the pavement, lucky I had a good phone case or my iPhone would have haddaAge also.

Whoever made this holder severely overthought the assignment and didn't provide for basic, simple, and reliable functionality. A caseless iPhone 12 is not secure in this holder. While there are bumpers that physically bound the phone in the holder, the bumpers are way too tall, and nothing grips the phone, so there is constant play while the phone is seated. I got this holder for my boat, and there is no way I will leave my phone in this holder as the boat hits wave after wave. Seems like a great way to break the phone or having it slip out of the boat and sink into to the bottom of the lake. Also, the construction of the holder is overwhelmingly plastic. It feels cheap. It loosely holds on to the phone. It's just not a good solution for any sort of extreme application like an atv, biking, or boating. There are a few positive things like extra mounting hardware and configuration options, but there really is no use covering that given the core failings of this design. That kind of coverage would only dilute the point of this review, which is that unless you have a grippy and thick case, this holder is probably not a good solution for you.I was able to request and get this holder for free from Amazon Vine, and I am glad I did not spend my own money on this. I do not recommend it.

If it was mounted to anything motorized I'd really want it to have some vibration dampening on there somewhere, but it works great for a bike primarily used for commuting.

There's no question that this is a very rugged phone holder. Thick plastic, a variety of very solid devices for attaching the phone clamp in all sorts of situations. However, I had some issues with just how massively big and clunky it is and the number of things you have to do to adjust it to fit your phone. It does come with a little tool that's both a Allen wrench and a Phillips head, but there are eight or so different things you need to adjust to get it to fit your phone. Also the way the knobs are that are to hold the phone in place it actually didn't provide enough notch space to properly hold my monster large phone. I also think that the one-handed operation of putting the phone into the clamp probably isn't as easy and simple as they say it is. This is definitely a special purpose phone clamp to use in particularly rugged situations, I would not use it for a day-to-day phone clamp for a motorcycle or a bicycle or an automobile.

My son put this on his 4-wheeler so he could use it to video, and it hold really well. It is also well made. I would buy this and put it on other things as well, SO i have a phone holder on each piece of equipment.

You get what you pay forI thought that I couldn't lose on this one -- even if the phone holder was junk at the very least I'd have a couple more ram mounts and a ram arm.Well even that backfired.- Ram mounts are 100pct plastic, and are too slippery. The arm won't hold the phone without slipping. I had to sand down the balls and the arm to get it to grip better, and it still wasn't good.- Arm bolt is too short, it falls apart when trying to install. The nut isn't captured either, so it's very easy to lose.- Nut on arm isn't a nylock bolt. Fortunately the rest of the bolts on the unit are nylocks.- Ram ball on the back of the phone holder isn't tight, it allows the unit to rotate due to slop+ Mount actually holds the phone quite wellOh well, you win some you lose some. This is a loss. Not recommended.
