Couldn't get past the first step but...
I couldn't even get the wheels on and no option to contact anyone but I rang my brother and it turns out I just didn't have the strength to push them in. My nephew will love it.

Easy to put together seems sturdy
Very easy to put together took 10 to 15 mins max all sloted and screwed together seems very sturdy and strong. Only 1st day will update review if any problems but so far very happy

Uncomfortable
It'd not what I expected. Feels like it could snap at any moment it makes a hell of a noise when you sit in it. Does not feel secure. Not much padding in the seat. The lumber support is a joke it's so small my dog could not use it as a pillow. The seat itself is small the leg rest comes out short and digs into the back of the calves. It's easy enough to put together. It tilts okay but I just don't have faith in it at all. I wish I never bothered with it. Performance wise it's not great. I wish I could say better about it but I can't

This lumbar support pillow is comfortable, but doesn't feel very supportive. The filling is quite soft and has a lot of give, so I don't feel it is firm enough to provide proper support.It doesn't come with any straps as the listing suggests.It has a 'leather' type cover that is soft enough and doesn't feel too plasticky. The cover is also removable so you can remove it for cleaning if needed, but due to the material it's also easy to wipe clean.It's was a pretty reasonable price.It's comfortable and provides a little support so I will continue to use it, but I'd want something a bit firmer for proper lumbar support.

Offers good support.
Good little lunar pillow that offers good support during long periods sat in my office chair. I use this along with a seating pad for additional support. It’s a nice material that is easily cleaned and does offer a decent amount of support compared to without. It says it comes with straps but does not - if it did it would get 5 stars but I find it often falling etc which makes it annoying everytime I stand up. For the price though it is a good support pillow and does help.
