This was a replacement for our old shower and is very good can recommend and the price was great

I now have two of these just brilliant showers and so easy to fit.

Terrible product and aftercare was useless. Bought this shower and installed as manufacturers guidelines. Finished bathroom and then found that the processor had a fault. Aqualisa refused to send an Engineer so had to pay Plumber and electrician to return to check the installation. Engineer eventually attended but refused to access the processor to fix. Sent a replacement processor only. An expensive faulty shower that will cost me over £1k now to fix, not to mention all the holidays I have had to take to allow this work to be undertaken. Please for your own sake look at other options. I wish I had gone with the Mira shower I was originally going to get. (My Aqualisa shower was not purchased through Amazon)
