Needs 3 tablets for one cycle
This is a good product and it works as advertised. What I don't understand about this is it needs 3 tablets for one cleaning cycle. Why not make a bigger one instead of three smaller tablets? it's a waste of packaging and plastic. Oh, this also came with a free mobile holder stand which I'm not going to complain about, and a placeholder handwritten message about how this is a family business and all that nonsense. Feels like some kind of copypasta. I have seen the exact same letter for a different product from a different brand so take that letter with a huge grain of salt. Overall product is good and works so my rating is based on that alone.

Don't buy
Kindly don't buy this. After using this white salted like patches were sedimented on my drum. I was totally disappointed.

Good product
The main reason i had bought this was to remove the smell from my front load washing machine & the product meets the expectations. It has a refreshing smell and cleans the drum well. Post usage the machine doesn’t have a bad odour anymore. Yet to see how long it’s capable of keeping the odour at bay but overall a nice experience.
