We unfortunately started with a few issues - the week before Christmas it changed the delivery date from 12/19 to 12/31 which main my kids didn’t have their gift from Santa so that was unfortunate. Once we received it, we saw that there were two pieces that were broken. We contacted customer service and they got us a replacement one. Customer service was great. However that meant we had to pack up the one we had and return it then wait for a new one, yet again. So even though I ordered on Black Friday, my kids didn’t get to play with it u til mid January. That was very unfortunate. After all of that we have LOVED it! I will say my kids may be a bit roung for it as they cannot build it themselves, but if my husband and I build it they love it. It can be a bit tricky to use but so much fun!
