I bought a fancy car cover a few years ago that also shed white fibers on the car, so that it was dusty looking as soon as I took the cover off. Frustrating!I just recently bought this simple car cover that fits my Subaru Outback perfectly, but is easy to put on and take off, looks nice, is light but plenty sturdy, and protects the car from sun, heat, bug and bird droppings, and tree sap.It is no more and no less than I wanted. It is also affordable for doing all of that.Highly recommend.

Seems really good and keeps my car dry when parked outside. Slightly loose in trunk area but overall great for the money. Takes a month for packaging wrinkles to smooth out.

Reflective material is great as my car is in full sun almost all days and all day. Smooth on the inside. Does not scratch paint. Start putting this on with the mirror pockets first. They act as an anchor. You can mark the inside on the cover with a marker for front, back, L & R. The marker will not bleed through to the outside. No idea if the fabric breathes.The cover fits a 2024 LC500 convertible. It could be 3" longer from the mirror pockets to the front. It just makes it over and under the front bumper. When the wind blows, the front pulls up in spite of it being tied down at the wheels.The straps are very lightweight and will not last. The strap under the center of the car has a quick connect plastic buckle. The buckle has no weight so tie something to it and throw it under the car to the other side.The cover comes vacuum packed in a pouch. It takes some work to separate the compressed material when you first unpack it.I bought this as a temporary cover while waiting for a custom cover to be made (CA Car Covers). Overall it is doing the job of protecting my car from the elements (which includes the cup of coffee a jerk threw on it when I was not around). If it fit better over the front bumper I could see this as a long term, lightweight, packable alternative to the custom cover.Worth the money for what it does.

3 1/2 years ago I purchased an Audew car cover on Amazon and it was great. Lasted a long time and was a little thicker than this one. It had reached the point where I was putting 100 mile an hour tape on the splits and the cord tie downs gave up the ghost after 1 1/2 years. I ended up sewing new cords on it to get more use out of it but the feral cats did a number of those cords. Also the elastic was shot so even with the chewed up cords, the old cover blew around in high winds that triggered my video camera and drove me nuts. This cover fits my 2006 Infiniti G35 like a glove and I love that it has straps instead of cords for tie downs. The cats won’t be able to destroy those. I won’t use the center strap that runs under the car…too much of a pain to get it from one side to the other. Overall I am happy with this car cover. Now then, the packaging: the cover was vacuum sealed and it was a royal pain in the neck to unpack it. It took quite a while to get the cover unfolded and unstuck to itself. I recommend going very slow when unfolding it to avoid possibly tearing the cover.

I use it for my suv that I don’t use that much. I’ve saved a lot of money in car washes.

Only after using a couple of times, the whole thing ripped off at the bottom part where the belt for tying up after a windy day. It worked well in the rain, and sunny day, but didn’t even last day on a windy day. Not worth at all for the money paid. Although it fits really well on van, I wish the stitches are stronger and made with a better quality materials. The other issue with belt that is use to tie up to the vehicle is not a strong or good quality nor a hood design. It keeps coming off so I had to tie up in multiple knots. I wished it was also made with a belt like clip on rather than a loose string. Will attach pictures later as I have to lie it flat to show the details. I really wish to get my money back.

Have not had it very long and it’s already ripping at the seams. Had to sew up several areas. It also looks really aluminum so my car looks like a huge baked potato in my driveway. I do like that they added a few strips of fluorescent tape to some areas, presumably so my big baked potato can be visible at nite and not get crashed into.

Please excuse the photo that I had to use, I am working, and did not have access to taking a photo of the vehicle with the cover. When you make a purchase like this, you want to know that the cover can stand the elements, that it last long enough to satisfy the quantity of money, you paid for it, and you want to see how it fits. I have a 2005 GMC envoy, it has a ground effects kit on it, and a lot of aftermarket expenses, I converted a two car garage into half a work shop and the other half is a enclosed movie theater. Parking in the garage is not an option. Auto Zone, Pep Boys, O’Reillys, Discount Auto Parts, none had a cover that fit. Every name I listed, I made a purchase at, buying the version their computers said fit. Every company listed, I had to return the cover. I gave up, until the tree started dropping red beet things, that could probably leave a stain on Clorox bleach. This cover was priced 50% less than the big box stores. The ties that others complain break, and the condition it is left in, after a short time, I live in the swamp of South Florida. Humidity is a solid 85%, temp 96 degrees, 3pm everyday, the sky falls out, raining and the wind is daily. I tied the ties to all four tired, and there is a snap buckle, that connects under the vehicle. It is adjustable, and the ties can be tied to a structure if needed. It has elastic corners that stretch well. All four corners are marked with a reflector strip, helping to identify what goes where. I got the cover on, and tied in 5 minutes. I did not use any help. I’d recommend finding the side mirror, and slipping it on, and toss it across. From there you can see what direction has more material. It’s as easy as pulling it.
