I'm 6' 2" and 215pds. I got the Xlarge and it fits like a glove. The arms and legs are long enough with a bit of strech. Material is thicker than I would have thought. Outfit clings but not restrictive in anyway. I am so getting a couple more

This outfit was very cute and is of good quality. However, I think it does run a little small it feels like putting on spanks.

This is a super cute workout set that is quality made with nice/stretchy material and feels comfortable wearing. I ordered the grey color in a size medium and although the jacket is a little snug for a top heavy girl like me; I do feel it works for my 5'7 - 150lb - 34ddd frame.

I was hopeful this would fit. But my usual size was way too small and I won’t wear anything I have to size up in 😂

The quality of the material is very good. The fit is good. However, the jacket is extremely small, but the pants fit true to size.

This is a gorgeous set. I got it for evening runs and I like the fact that on me it is not a crop top. If that's what you want then you should be over 5"1. For me it is perfect. The material is very tight but there is no seam on the front of the pants so you will not get camel toe. I finally have a thigh gap. The material is like the checkmark brand type of compression pant. It squeezes in all the right places. I would recommend that you be in good shape for the outfit to not squeeze or go for a M. This isn't a judgement call as I think if it were a crop on me I would go M as well. But baby steps and this will keep me working out at home so I can sport it outside when we are all free again. In any case, it's a great motivation outfit for any one.

Beautiful set but them sizes are literally not accurate lol almost everything I order on Amazon I am XL maaaaybe XXL but this smh……idk if the compression is crazy strong or the sizing is really off but I purposely got an XXL and barely got these up my thighs ….it was an instant no for me
