These are great for the price. I read that you can either load up immediately or take it in stages and I chose to take it in stages. It initially causes some stomach bloating but after taking it for about 2 weeks, that subsided. After about a month of working up to 5 gummies per day for myself, I could actually tell a difference at the gym. Increased reps and weight max. Decreased recovery time. It’s such a crazy sensation to be working out and not get fatigued like I used to after 3-5 sets of whatever reps I’m doing. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to step up their gym game or even for a short period of time for an athlete event. They taste great and I actually looked forward to eating them. I hope your results were like mine !

5 star rating because that product is great. Easy to take and easy on my stomach. I’m a VSG patient so the powders I have tried hurt my stomach so I wanted to try a gummy. I tried the ZHOU and it came so melted so I tried this one. The lab testing on these came back great. However I purchased two months of these for $20 each. Now the price is $45?! How do you increase it by $25?! That is crazy to me. I’m switching to the peach perfect gummies now. Also lab tested approved.

Not great tasting

This is a great product, especially if you’ve done your homework on supplementing w/ Creatine in general:1) Convenient2) Easy to control dosing (ideal is 2-5gr. depending on individual goals. Remember when dosing, if you consume an average/ healthy diet of meat, you would get approx 1gr per day of creative in your diet/ give or take).3) Decent flavor4) Easily digested (for me at least).

The NOW study shows Bod puts the dosage they say they do of creatine and the texture is better than other brands that I have purchased before. The flavor is good as well. If this is your first time taking creatine you will have to be in the bathroom for the first week but it's always different among other people. I highly recommend this product

Cost vs performance, this is one of the best gummies I've tried. The only drawbacks would be texture and taste. They're a bit rubbery and there's a slight chemical smell/taste in the first seconds. They seem to be less hard on the digestion than other gummies and there doesn't seem to be a difference in creatine performance. Unlike other gummies, I can pocket some in a small container without them melting into a mess.

Body reactionI took one on the way to gym. It's about a 30min commute. I was in the bathroom about 20 min before I could start my workout. I didn't notice much different in my energy or endurance.Taste & TextureI hated the taste of these. I had to wash it down with water. The texture is unpleasant when chewing. It's like a thick sticky slime. This would be a mild annoyance if it tasted good but...it doesnt.

Easy way to get your daily creatine in. Taste good. Only wish you didn’t have to eat 5 of them.
