At first, I thought these were expensive and what if they dont work. A few days in i was like oh, they hurt so bad. Turns out I needed to wear a bit more. My feet do not hurt anymore especially when I wake up.They may be expensive but even the over the counter ones are expensive and don't work at all. These though, they do work. Best purchase for me.The fit was great for my shoes. Definitely have the best arch support compared to other OTC ones. They aren't to thick and you don't notice them. Ease of walking is like a breeze- my knees, hips and feet do not hurt walking anymore.Durability, I can't really answer as I just got right around Thanksgiving, so hopefully they last longer than a month or so 😅 I've very heavy footed and they are holding up with that.

First insult that I have ordered that fits my arch and protects my heel. Took a little bit to get used to, but I’m very happy with my purchase. I can slide them into my other shoes easily.

I work in a grocery store that makes us wear Shoes for Crews. The shoes are crappy. I have not bought one of the shoes they sell that doesn’t cause me pain. So I decided to try Xstance.The down side for me….. they stink! They smell so bad when I pulled them out of the bag I sat them down and walked away for a while. You have to trim them a lot. I bought the size 9-11 woman’s and I wear a 9. The were a little hard to get into the shoe.The work shoes I have to wear causing me so much pain 4 hours into my shifts I be waking and look Ike a old lady. The pain was so bad. I wore the inserts in my shoes today and my feet still hurt but it was a world of difference. I made it through my whole shift without wincing in pain. It was so nice. I actually could walk and smile and help people. I walk a lot on my shift. I stand all day for 7 1/2 hours. I love the insert. I may have to invest in them for some of my other shoes. I look forward to wearing my work shoes now.

Although the arch support is amazing on these insoles, the rest leaves a little to be desired. The heel cup is to shallow, and they add to much pressure on the heel making them uncomfortable. I suffer from EXTREMELY bad heel pain, and although they helped ever so slightly, the pain did return because of the shallow heel cup. Even though they are very durable and well made, I would not recommend for all day wear. There was no pain relief, and they actually were not comfortable to be in for more than 30 minutes.

Highly recommend. Walk around your home first in them, because they feel odd in the beginning.

My first day wearing them, they were okay,..I guess there is a break in period to them...I was shockingly surprised to find after the second day my feet felt great!!! I will definitely buy more in all my shoes!! If you're the fence about buying them trust me,they work!! Money well spent without a doubt.

My wife said she had a little relief, but didn't do as advertised. Ended up going to the Good Feet store to find something that actually worked.

My son has had chronic ankle and calf issues for the last few years. He plays sports and so is susceptible to those types of issues. The arch support and fit of these inserts has really helped him. They are easy to insert all his shoes and have been great.
