Great option for sugar free electrolyte restoration. Some of the maintenance medications I take cause headaches and dehydration. These allow me to both get the electrolytes and water intake all while being sugar free to prevent my blood sugars from spiking. The flavors are great and unlike many others, do not leave an odd aftertaste.These are an excellent, lower priced and great tasting solution to save you money over the Liquid IV brand.

These taste great a dissolve quickly. I like all of the flavors and especially grape. I will be purchasing these again.

I'm diabetic. I have no blood sugar issues from using Venture Pal Hydration Boost. I use this to make popsicles and icees. It's a tasty, sugar-free treat that rehydrates while soothing my sweet tooth.

It’s fine regarding taste. No aftertaste. Mix well and use clean water. I have well water and it’s the best. Having a small meal with this hydration is a plus and additional water is better. Take your vitamins or meds with is fine too. I would purchase again. Pricing is always a concern.

So far I've only tried the Passion Fruit, which was good and the Grape, which was VERY good. These are way better than the Liquid IV's. Not as cloyingly sweet and not chalky tasting. They dissolved quickly. I highly recommend trying these!

Was looking for an alternative to Liquid IV since they’re so expensive & found these. Liked that there was a variety pack, so I tried them. They’re wonderful! The flavor isn’t as overpowering as LIV & they’re sugar free!I usually don’t like passion fruit, but that’s my favorite flavor of the 4! The others are also tasty. Similar to LIV, I can just use half a packet in 16 ounces for milder flavor, if I don’t want to use a whole one. But since these are SO much cheaper, why not use the whole thing?!An excellent solution to a night of drinking, have one of these before bed & another when you first wake up. The hangover effect decreases dramatically! Also good for when you’re sick, or need to drink more water & just don’t like water, or want some flavor.I’ve now made these a subscribe and save and get a variety pack every 4 weeks, as I use half of one every morning mixed with my collagen powder to mask that flavor.

Delicious! Easy to mix and leaves no lumps. Very nice taste and no salty. Leaves no bitterness. I bought cherry and can’t wait to try other flavors.

I wont buy it again. It tastes pretty good going down, but it leaves a nasty aftertaste.
