Christmas Countdown: An Advent Calendar Coloring Book with Easy Designs and Cute Scenes to Celebrate the Holiday Season (Christmas Coloring Books)

The coloring pages in this book are lovely. They aren't intricate but yet fun to color. The book has 2 sets of Advent Day pictures to color. Each design is cute and keeps your interest. I bought it halfway into Advent, but I still love the book and will color in it. There is one design per page and nothing on the back of the page. Sharpies will bleed through but I just put something behind the page I'm coloring and then there's no problem.

I think this book will have appeal for many people. There are two sets of 25 pictures so it could be used for two years in a row, or shared between a couple or two siblings or friends, or maybe once in December and the second round for "Christmas in July" or similar celebrations. The pairs of pictures are thematically linked but not identical, for example cookies, a snowman, a deer pulling a sleigh full of gifts, etc. The themes do not include anything explicitly religious like a Nativity scene but there is a Santa Claus/Father Christmas picture on Saint Nicholas Day (December 6). The pictures have enough detail to be interesting but not so much that they would be difficult or time-consuming to color. There is a page of color palette challenges if you are looking for daily inspiration and a journal page with writing prompts about favorite Christmas traditions and coloring preferences.I like that the publishing company has made a commitment to paying real human artists for their hard work and creativity!

Wayyyyy to simple for all but the youngest children, this one is going back. Have fun coloring!!!

There is nothing like sitting down at the end of a long day with a Jade Summer coloring book. Everything she does is amazing. I have 14 of her books already and every time a new one comes out I buy it immediately. The pictures are clear and big and extremely easy to color. I love them. Thank you Jade for giving me and I am sure lots of other people hours and hours of fun and distressing and beautiful pictures to color.

This cute book is made for markers….heavy bold lines.

I bought the PDF version of this coloring book from their Etsy store. We are coloring this together as a family. Some of us have a hard time seeing the older we get. These adorable images are large and easy to see which makes coloring enjoyable for the whole family.

These are so much fun to color and you get 2 sets of the countdown. Different pics for each countdown. So you get to pick and choose or do one set one year and the next the next year.
