I returned another brand to upgrade to the LERANDA Wireless Carplay Adapter. Why? Because it provides greater functionality to access more apps. I have the apps for Direct TV, Spectrum, TCM and other channels. I can watch/listen to the local news on TV when driving to work. I can view my email through the Outlook lite, and YouTube. I have over 100 movies in .mp4 format stored on a microchip. And the steaming audio apps YouTube Music or Spotify provide an amazing music experience. When I bought my new car, I was surprised it did not have road navigation capability. The LERANDER adaptor solved this problem and is a lifesaver when driving in traffic. You're asking how can you do all these things while driving. I am super careful and glance down at the video screen momentarily similar to periodically glancing down at the speedometer. I've recommended the LERANDA to work colleagues and friends. With LERANDA, I'm never in a hurry to get to my travel destination. It provides a wonderful entertainment experience while driving.

This purchase is disappointing; it frequently disconnects from my car several times during each drive. The Bluetooth connection takes around 30-60 seconds to establish Apple CarPlay when you turn the car on. It's not worth the money. After just one month, it became useless, causing more hassle than benefit.

I saw other brand ones online going for 300$+ so I came to Amazon to look for a cheaper and better option then I saw this one so I got it to try it out and I’m so happy about it I love this product i can watch YouTube and Netflix with no lag or glitch !!! This is a steal don’t sleep on this product ! I’ve had it for more than 3 months I think and it hasn’t let me down once.

It was so easy to setup. Make sure to turn on personal hotspot on your phone and connect to the android system. Then you can go into the apps and fill in your login info. I bought a sd card and copied movies to it then watched them on VLC. Everything works perfectly and easily.

EDIT 2: Their website is working again, however my unit stopped working tonight. How the heck does it just stop out of nowhere and then eventually start working again? I can't figure it out. I unplug it for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Nope. I unplug it for 1 minute then back in. Nope. I disconnect it from phone and forget it trying to re-connect. Nope. The light is on my unit. Sometimes solid, sometimes flashing. No idea the difference.EDIT: I've changed my review from 5 stars to 4. Not sure if they provide support anymore. The website is gone. Also, sometimes the unit refuses to work. One time it was working absolutely fine and then it refused to load for two or three days it happened! Then out of nowhere it started working again. Fast forward a few months. It's been working flawless and today it stops loading again. I can't get it to come on.I drive almost every day for hours on and off so this box has got a lot of use and I love it even with it's few quirks. 1 - would be the not working mentioned above. 2 - I can't hear phone calls when connected to this box. I have to disconnect from AIBox but after awhile it tries to reconnect so I have to disconnect again. Not a big deal as i don't make or receive calls often. I had previously purchased a cheaper unit from another brand. The other unit was to turn my car into wireless Android Auto. The other unit had no other features like this unit. That unit disconnected all the time or didn't load so it got returned. This unit works perfect for Android Auto. Just click the Speedplay button on the screen and Android Auto opens. You can see maps or music playing or see them both at the same time on split screen. This works flawlessly 100% of the time with no disconnects for me.I drive every day for work delivering stuff, so this unit gets a lot of use and I've put it to the test for 3 days now.Now back to the other features of this device.. the AI box portion.. in this you can install pretty much any app you want. This unit has Google Play store and APKPure for you to find apps and install. Some apps come preinstalled on the device.. Netflix, Spotify, TikTok, Disney+, VLC movie player, I think Amazon Prime and I forget what else. For only having 2GB of memory the unit runs fairly smooth.Here's a tip for you.. I accidentally pressed a button on my car which exited the AI Box software.. if that happens just go into your car apps and select CarPlay or Android Auto.. I have an Android phone, but I have to click Carplay and it will get me back into the software.You can also install a memory card, which you could use to store movies or music. VLC is pre-installed to play movies or music, and there's another music app built in I believe.Anyway, I'm happy for the price. Don't be alarmed that the box says another name on it. This is an official sales outlet for that brand.
