Used this product for 3 months. Nothing changed. No weight loss. No change in cravings. Well, one thing changed, constipation got much, much worse. The product was a complete waste of money.

Really helps keep my gut healthy, as I’ve aged my stomach bothers me if I don’t take a probiotic.

Just taking them for a month. Let you know later if they do any good.

This is an excellent product. Best I have ever used, and I like that the capsules are not too big or difficult to swallow. My only beef is that it was shipped in two boxes, the first of which required a Exacto knife, kitchen scissors and a Sawzall to open. And broken fingernails. Inside was a smaller box and bubble wrapped product. All that was really needed was the bubble wrap and the smaller cardboard box. Wasteful and impossible-to-access packaging. It was as if they didn't really want me to have the product.

These do not work, I gained so much weight as soon as a week after consuming this product. I do not recommend unless you are looking to gain weight not lose. I found that regular probiotics bought at Walmart work better then these, and they're not so expensive
