Delicious and effective
My teenage daughter lately has had a horrible diet and irregular sleep habits. I bought these two weeks ago and I already see improvement in her mood and energy. They taste great and are very effective. Clean ingredients And a great value too.

Awesome
This is a wonderful and much more effective alternative to melatonin. My 4yo calls them sleepy time gummies. He loves the taste and the array of calming vitamins in these give me peace of mind. I give them once a day at bedtime, my other kids enjoy them too.

Did not work for my daughter. Gave them to my boss for her grand son. She has purchased two more bottles.

I Think They Work
They seemed to work and even if they don't, my kiddo [7 year old with ADHD] does. Never complains about taste. Easy to distribute.

Had an opposite effect
Guess it's not for every kiddo. My child is always hyper and nuts and this just increased his hyper activity. Maybe ill try a higher dose but I don't know if that will just make it even worse. I am looking to chill him out naturally. I am happy it works for some kids. Just not mine. I gave as many stars as I did because he enjoyed the taste.

Best calming gummies for my autistic son
My 7yo son with autism and ADHD has poor sleeping habits and extreme fidgetiness. I have tried OLLY, MaryRuth and Zarbee, and Zarbee is the best out of all in my opinion. I started off with OLLY for 6 months, then MaryRuth for 4 months, and moved onto Zarbee last month.OLLY was good too - he was sleeping through the night and he became less fidgety. Then his conditions quickly deteriorated with MaryRuth. He had a hard time falling asleep, started waking up around 4-5am, and his fidgetiness was off the charts. His fidgetiness was so bad while taking MaryRuth to the point where he was falling off the chair in the classroom, jumping around in the living room and on the couch while watching TV or playing video games.But then, after having started Zarbee, his conditions quickly got better. Within a week, he started sleeping through the night again, and he no longer wakes up super early in the morning, his jumping is way more manageable, and he seems calmer at his desk while he studies.To me, OLLY is as good as Zarbee but I choose Zarbee for its price point. I highly recommend this supplement to any child with autism/ADHD. It might work differently but worth trying.

I've heard some really good things about this product but it did not work for my son

Absolutely calming for my granddaughter! Her mother asked me to look into some things to help her out of control (she was an anxiety ridden child and now, adult). Her daughter seems to fall close to that apple tree, proverbially speaking. Melatonin wasn’t doing anything to help calm my granddaughter’s mind at night. She even said, “I think I am just gonna cry” and proceeded to cry all night. We have used these for a week and it isn’t so drastic as a completely different child, but she is MUCH more receiving of momma’s hugs and comfort to get to sleep ❤️
