Pretty good!
Bought this to be my work laptop and a bit over a year on it's still doing well. The battery life is ok, it's withstood long hours of me writing and then it usually needs a charge when I need a break. The brightness is good but occasionally the screen can go fuzzy if it's at a medium low brightness. Adjusting brightness one step up or down fixes this. I've not had any issues with heat and it fits in my laptop bag easily.

Fabulous all-rounder
I needed a laptop for work, as previously I had a laptop supplied. I was also between homes and needed to be able to stream and watch shows and films. This has been perfect for everything I needed. The sound was a little muffled on the default setting, so I made some adjustments and it's fine.

Brightest screen I have ever had on a laptop! Memory (RAM) is fast, but NOT upgradeable!
I have the i5-1335u OLED screen, 8MB RAM, 512MB SSD model. Good points: * brightest laptop screen I have used (I chose the OLED variant!) - I actually turn the brightness DOWN when in a shaded room indoors. * modern, 13th Gen, Intel technology (Intel tends to release the "big upgrade", then the next one is just a "refresh" - so Intel 13th Gen is a decent step up from 12th Gen, but 14th Gen is really just 13th Gen with a small speed increase. I really wanted 13th or 14th Gen. A BIG step up from the 7th Gen I had before!) * does the "fold inside out" thing, where it can be used as a giant touchscreen tablet, with the keyboard underneath (and automatically de-activated) * USB power socker and charger, so I can charge my phone with my laptop charger! + Charges pretty quickly + Backlit keyboard with 2 levels of brightness (plus "off"). Not so good points * check the EXACT specification with the manufacturer's website. Mine has 8GB of FAST memory (RAM), but it is soldered on, and not upgradeable. The SSD card is potentially upgradeable, but I always wait until the warranty has expired before I go poking about inside. * no numeric keypad - the width has been used for a speaker grill each side of the regular keypad * screen has a glossy surface, and is a "fingerprint magnet", especially as it is a touchscreen! * I managed to "crash" the laptop a few times using BlueStacks 5 - it would seem that I selected to high a spec in the BlueStacks emulator, and the processor went into overheat protection. Works perfectly fine with a 4-core, 4 GB RAM BlueStacks set-up, though. I have not yet crashed it even once when just using Windows, though. I guess there is a mismatch between BlueStacks 5 and the onboard memory control / speed throttling (with some BlueStacks 5 configurations). But, hey, BlueStacks can be a bit sketchy in and of itself, so it is hard to blame the laptop!

MEmory ram not upgradeble
After 1 year using, im really disapointed. BAttery life is not great. I use only for wirk, mostly on line and its ok, but ive tried to install 1 game, and cant play. thought was memory space issue or apps, so i reset all the computer and once from manufactory fabric configuration reseted, i install the game again, and cant play. Now i realised memory RAM is not upgradeble. It's a I5 but doesn't work as should. For the price, there is muche better options on the market

Delivered with windows S so it is unusable.
Windows S means that I can’t use anything that isn’t on Microsoft app store. So I don’t know what to do. The expensive laptop is unusable.

Excellent workhorse for everday use.
This is the 13th generation i5 processor. The very latest one in the i5 range. The laptop seems to be built very well especially considering that this is a 2 in 1. So it will need really good hinges as it switches back and forth between a tablet and a laptop. It does not come with a digital pen though, so I bought one separately. I used it all day (8 hrs) and still had some battery left and it also changes up pretty quickly. Overall, it seems like a good solid laptop worth the money. It does not have a fingerprint reader like my old HP Laptop, but that is not that important for me as I can always use the face biometrics to sign in. It's fast and responsive and has a really bright screen which I like. The touchpad is a nice large size which is ideal for my big fingers. It has a sliding shutter at the top of the screen to cover the camera when not in use and also a button for turning the microphone off (which satisfies my paranoia about machines spying on me lol). This model is very good value for money in my opinion. I hope that it stays good for a few years. My previous HP laptops have all been long lasting so I think that this one probably will be as well.

Battery lasts about 5 minutes!
This appeared to be a n excellent replacement for my aging HP where the touch screen was starting to fail. Went ahead with HP as my old computer worked great (while it was alive). It came with windows 11 already loaded and I was disappointed immediately, Windows 11 is hardly a great step up from W10. After 2 hours of use the battery started to disappear and I had to plug in the charger. I'M not a heavy user by any means but the power just seems to evaporate. I know that Wins11 isn't a problem created by HP and things have improved recently following countless people complaining about multiple duplication of files each time that you made a change to a document. There seems to be constant pressure from Windows for you to use One drive to store your files etc in the cloud. The touch screen needs to be constantly wiped as finger marks show badly even when my hands are super clean, the old HP of mine hardly ever showed marks. Would think seriously before buying HP again.
