Not shiny. Holds well. No what time. Only 4 stars cause even if washed out it still is a little sticky on skin

Some of these reviews had me nervous to buy it but I’m glad i decided to see for myself if it’s worth my money. I have not tried to lay a foundation with it but so far when I used it to touch up my lacefront it works very well and dries faster than expected. I like it no complaints

Receive defected glue was hard couldn’t come out. The tube cat fell off of it never will buy again.
