Set of three versatile hot sauces which run from very mild to something with some bite!Starting with the weakest in terms of heat, the Jalapeno sauce is all about sweetness, but without having a huge dose of sugar, we instead get the natural sweetness of the pepper mix. Slight acidic, almost citrus tang to this one, which I really enjoy. Comes out thin which is fine as it's easy to eat and will go on a variety of dishes without adding too much heat at all.My favourite of the three sauces on offer here is the Chipotle, which has a delicious flavour profile that really brings out the smokiness of the chipotle pepper without being too sweet. Garlic and umami flavours come through to make this a really well rounded sauce which reminds me of my own personal chilli con carne recipe. Very impressed.The final, and hottest offering here is the Scotch Bonnet sauce. Starting to feel like a serious chilli lover's sauce, this comes in at 50% pepper content, and it shows in the taste. The unique flavour of this pepper is hard to describe, but something like spiced pickles comes close. The garlic and salt offer some balance to create a fantastic sauce. Pleasant heat, though may provide a minor challenge to the inexperienced.All in all this set is great for anyone that wants some high quality everyday pepper sauces. 3 pretty distinct heat levels are represented, so there's something for everyone, but could be a gateway into hotter sauces for the chilli curious.
