Winters (and even fall) in my area can get very cold, even before the snow falls, to this was a purchase for me and my wife to use when working outdoors.I like that it has a remote, but using it isn't required. The instructions are very clear and thorough, with pictures, so all the functions are easy to understand. The included charging cable is very handy, so both warmers can be charged at the same time. I did misplace it at one point, but was able to charge with another USB type C I had available, I just had to switch to charge them separately, which was fast, as well.I like how they can be trimmed to better fit in boots/shoes, but in our case, they fit without needing a trim. They're snug, but still easy enough to take out for charging. Because they fit well, they are comfortable as they don't move/wiggle in the boots while walking.They are plenty warm, so much that after a while I needed to turn down the temperature. It hasn't gotten to the coldest part of the season yet, so having warmer settings will be useful. Also, the charge lasted long enough to do a few hours of work in the yard without them dying and lower heat settings would last even longer.Over all, I'm very happy with this product and will get a lot of use out of them, especially when the snow begins to fall.

What a great idea. I was so excited to get these. Perfect for keeping your feet warm when the weather is cold. I wear a size 7, so I had to trim them down, which was really easy. They charge very quickly, and I like that they have the remote control. You can adjust how warm you want them to be. They were a little harder than I thought they would be, but I just wore thick socks, and that helped.

I hate when people review an item telling me that it's junk and I shouldn't buy it. The first pair I bought ripped around the battery after one use (see pic). I figured it was just bad luck. I ordered a replacement because the insoles are comfortable, nice and hot, control easily with the remote to the exact temp you want, and look like they are extremely durable. Got the second pair and the exact same thing happen. Maybe the worst part is you can't tape them up for a quick repair. Nothing sticks to them. I have RV roof tape that sticks to everything, even when wet. I've never seen it not stick to something until I tried it on these. You don't want to be wearing an insole with an exposed lithium battery unless you don't mind it exploding under your foot. Except for the defective rubber, these insoles could be amazing. I'm hoping they fix the problem next year and provide a good warranty.I bought a different brand and they work well. But the new pair aren't molded like defective ones. They're nowhere near as comfortable. But they keep my feet toasty and safe. That's all that counts imo.

Heats up quickly. Def use in boots or oversized shoes or will be a tight fit. Battery life unknown at this moment

My wife and I both have outdoor physical jobs and our feet suffer in the minus 20 days of winter. And winter is not here yet; never the less I tried these rechargeable heaters out. They fit easily into steel toe (Keen) workboots and casual shoes without need for trimming.The trimming marks are clearly visible on the inserts if you need to do so.The dual USB C charger works well and rapidly.They are fairly simple to figure out although the "manual" is a little thin on information and a bit clumsy in the English. Push the little button until it blinks three times and then that syncs it to the keychain remote.When the really cold months arrive these insoles will be very welcome; right now when I wore them out into the field on a 60 degree day they were too warm.I am going to see how they hold up to an hard winter but I bet I end up buying at least one other pair.Simple and effective.

I bought for my sister. She is always cold. She wears double socks in winter. Now, these keep her feet warm. She loves it.

I received and unboxed my insoles. I read the instructions and charged them up without issue.I paired the remote and powered the insoles up for the first time. I immediately put them in the floor and rested my feet on them to feel for heat.In less than a minute I felt a burning sensation under my foot. I pulled my foot off to find a hole had burned through the material of the insole and was smoldering. I was unable to capture a photo/video in time, of the smoke raising from it.For the sake of ease, I created an exchange with Amazon to get a replacement. I understand manufacturing is not perfect, and this item was clearly defective. I will change my review after the new insole arrives.Bottom line, test these before actual use. I’d hate to have boots on and burn a hole in my foot because I couldn’t get them off fast enough.
