This 5800h 16gb unit is great. It is snappy fast and is a HUGE upgrade over my previous AWOW N3450 Celeron mini PC that I had hooked up to my TV in my master bedroom. This is my second 5800h mini PC. I have another 5800h 32gb mini PC unit that I have setup in our kid's infotainment center.These boot extremely fast, like 20 seconds or so from completely turned off. And the CPUs are just flat out quick for a PC this size. Both of my 5800h mini PCs score around 20,000-21,000 on Passmark's CPU test. These PCs are great for typical PC use like homework, office work, streaming, lite gaming.... etc. They include a bracket that makes it easier to attach to the back of your TV/Monitor. There are plenty of ports for peripherals, and they support dual or triple monitors if you have the right cables.****Activation****I did have an activation issue, I guess this PC didn't come with an embedded product key for Win 11. I could not get this unit to activate. I emailed TrigKey, and after providing them with my Amazon order number and serial number from the unit, they provided me with a product key to resolve the issue. TrigKey responded and took care of this issue within hours. Kudos to TrigKey for the great product support.

I love this mini PC! Been using it for a week or so and am very impressed. Setup was easy and I created a local Windows 11 account with no issues. After the initial setup and Windows updates had completed, I immediately went to AMD's site and downloaded the auto detect Adrenaline software. This program updates your CPU chipset and graphics drivers to the latest version. The program is good as well for monitoring CPU/GPU performance and temps. I have the mini PC sitting on a cooling pad with two fans and the temps stay very low even when gaming for hours. I mainly use it for World of Warcraft 3.3.5a client and it performs flawlessly! I didn't know what to expect, but it is VERY smooth with no FPS drops or issues, exceeded my expectations in every way. I am very impressed with how fast it is, everything from power up to installs is very fast. There is no "bloatware" installed and the only thing I'd recommend is going to startup apps and turn off the factory "burn in". I also go through windows and uninstall any stock windows programs I won't use and change any settings to my preference. I really can't say how amazing this little PC is, I'm very happy. I would def recommend this to friends and anyone else out there reading this.

I waited a few weeks to fully try out this PC before giving a review, and the following are my thoughts.Please note, I use this PC primarily for productivity purposes and light gaming. For context, I am coming from a 2017 iMac.Pros:- Size: I love how small this unit is. Its compact design uses much less space than my Mac Mini, while still sporting more ports between the front/backside of the unit. For those who prefer to have a ‘cable-less experience,’ the package includes screws and info on how to mount the PC to the back of a monitor.- Ease-of-Use: This machine was a breeze to setup, and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. I installed a fresh version of Windows 11 Pro onto the computer (it does already come with Windows pre-installed), and it took it like a charm. The entirety of the setup process took about 30 minutes.- Power & Functionality: This miniature device packs a punch! When in use, the graphics and processing power have been nothing less than amazing. For the games I do play, I decided to up the specs (32GB, 512GB) so I could ensure no lag/latency, and can happily report I haven’t experienced either.Cons:- Smell: This unit absolutely REEKED when I pulled it from its stored box. The smell was horrendous and took DAYS to dissipate.Overall: I thoroughly enjoy using this device and would repurchase this product if it came to it again. Aside from the smell, anything I aspire to do is easily accomplished on this PC.

BUYER BEWARE, READ THE ENTIRE POST BEORE YOU BUY!My Ryzen 5 mini computer started to act “glitchy” making a loud popping sound, causing the TV monitor to display the “black screen of death”. I’d reboot it, and for awhile was okay, then it started to happen more frequently, almost every day. It then developed another “glitchy” problem, it would simply disconnect! As if the power was shut off but it wasn’t. Again I’d have to reboot it.Contacted Trigkey, only to be told to do everything from getting into the Registry, to resetting back to factory specs. None of that worked, so, I requested an exchange, that process was a hassle and the warehouse I sent it to said they didn’t have the return. Even after sending them a copy of my shipping/tracking receipt showing it arrived there. They would not ship out a replacement until the returns department confirmed the old one. I had to threaten them with legal action! Turns out they lost it on their end. I was without a computer for several weeks.SAME THING HAPPENED WITH THE REPLACEMENT. I did some research and found out there is a chronic problem with their units. This time they wouldn’t let me return, or get a refund unless I FLASHED THE BIOS! I’m not a computer person, I’m a consumer who bought a new computer, and shouldn’t have to be doing this. I attempted to do it, and it was too complicated for me, so I asked my son who has a Masters degree in Computer Science to come over and help. And, even he couldn’t do it! He had to look up the process using ChatGPT. Turns out, they had given us the wrong steps, and the wrong files.There were 8 steps, only 5 were valid… Step 3: only showed 1 of the 3 files listed. Step 4: did not show the flash drive to boot from. Step 5 “fs3” was not recognized.After finally figuring it out, and the bios screen shown, “done” we close out of that, reboot… sent them the bios data page, and they return with, “Sorry that’s not the correct bios, Please do it again” I wanted to scream!The problem still persist… I now have a $325 paperweight!Bottom line: IT’S MADE IN CHINA! “You get what you pay for”. Don’t waste your money or peace of mind.

Honestamente pagué mucho por este equipo ya que el vendedor Next-Gen TRIGKEY PC Shop (Shenzhen Tianweixun Wireless Technology Co., Ltd.) NO CUMPLIÓ con la oferta anunciada. Solo envío uno. ¿Cómo proceder a devolución? ¿A mi si exigirán que devuelva los dos artículos anunciados, pese a que el vendedor sólo envío uno? Y además de todo ¿pagar por el envio de devolución? Me siento estafado. Vaya estrategia del vendedor para vender a precio más alto. Tengo grabado todo el unboxing, el paquete llegó en excelentes condiciones y de hecho el peso en la etiqueta corresponde a una sola unidad. Es decir, desde el principio Next-Gen TRIGKEY PC Shop solo envió una unidad de las 2 que decía la oferta. Ahora ya cambió la descripción y la promo en verde desapareció. Si se trataba de un error, porque no simplemente informar al comprador que se trataba de una equivocación en la oferta y listo. Pasaron varios días hasta que envió sin modificar nada por lo que supuse si cumpliría pero no. Tampoco Amazon ofrece solución alguna en este caso. No se puede contactar al vendedor. Por si fuera poco todo lo anterior, el equipo tiende a calentarse más de lo esperado y el ventilador está constantemente a altas rpm, por lo que lo tengo que usarlo con la tapa abierta. Sobre el SO, Windows 11 trae backdoors de origen. Esto último no me afecta ya que borré el SSD e instalé Linux, pero puede ser importante para alguien. En fin, pésima experiencia. No recomiendo a nadie hacer compras a Next-Gen TRIGKEY PC Shop.

Ich bin mit dem Kauf hoch zufrieden, würde immer wieder so einen Mini PC nehmen. Tower sind keine Option mehr für mich.TECHNISCH habe ich keine Ahnung, kann nur sagen er läuft sehr schnell so wie ich es mir gewünscht habe.Besten Dank

Super contento por ahora. De verdad qué me gusta éste mini. Ahora no lo uso para juegos pero para grabar y editar audio u video. Tengo 2 USB tarjetas de sonido conectada u me puse un hdd adicional dentro de 1 tera. Ha muy bien. No hay ningún portátil por éste precio qué lo puede hacer mejor. Hacer un torre sale más caro y esto es una solución compacta y barata. No se de jugos pero supongo que han bien también. Grabó audio a 96 Hz 64 bits porque no me deja mi tarjeta más y de verdad qué mí portátil de mai leopard g70 era para basura me servido bien pero tiene más de 10 años. Si tienes pasta un torre profesional sería suyo para configurar u cambiar partes pero si estás bajó de budget ése pequeño va servir muy bien. Primer pro A 4k son lag con efectos yarda un pelín pero esto es sin ajuste de programa y sin rendering. Subo videos y photos después.

Ho preso questo mini pc per home recording e computer music. sSembra funzionare tutto perfettamente: Ableton Live 11, presonus studio one, Reason e altri plugin installati senza alcun problema. Gira tutto bene con driver asio, latenze sostenibili, necessaria scheda audio esterna. Con coupon in promo pagato pochissimo, da avere.Se avete i software, una scheda audio e qualche controller costa meno di qualsiasi Groovebox o registratore esterno (ho la versione da 1Tb e 32 HB di ram).

Il pc è piccolo ma veramente ottimo. Lo uso per lavoro streaming e tempo libero. Per il momento funziona molto bene. Quando lo si mette un po' sotto pressione la ventola si sente un filo ma nulla di fastidioso. più silenzioso di un portatile.Acquisto consigliato.
