Bought this kit because it had 2 ice ball makers. It's important to have them ready when making the drinks so having two always on hand to go in the 2 whiskey glasses makes it worth the extra cost. Have used several of the "flavored" wood chips and haven't noticed a difference between them. They all smell the same but at least you get enough to be stocked for awhile. It's a fun art to perfect and is great when impressing friends since a lot of folks don't know you can smoke your fancy drinks (my favorite are old fashions). Great gift for any whisky fan as it instantly ups the game to a great tasting drink that's easy to do!!
