Expensive but effective
I've been using one of these at home and at work for what must be around 10 years now and, together with a SafeType keyboard (also expensive) it has allowed me to manage my RSI to the point that pain is rare. For one reason or another, after trying trackballs and various other mice, I've settled for using this in my right hand and clicking primarily with another standard mouse (turned on it's side, obviously!) in my left hand. This works well for me, and has frankly saved me packing my career in.There is no denying that what's buried beneath the interesting shape is a very ordinary, perhaps a little underwhelming optical mouse. It's sufficient though. The design has been unchanged for a long time, mind. If they were to develop a wireless version, I'd be interested. When I first started using this mouse, what set it apart was its vertical nature. Now there are quite a number of other vertical mice available, and to be honest many of them are cheaper and have better build quality. However, the fact that this mouse allows you to relax your hand alongside the mouse and not grip at all, for me at least, makes it vastly superior. I've found other vertical mice far more awkward in general because of the need to keep a grip. There's no doubt that it's expensive for what it is. However, I think you've got to bear in mind that they're selling these in smaller quantities than many other mice (not everyone has an RSI issue), and that they've done a bit of research, which is actually what makes it so very helpful. It would be nice if they produced an improved, sturdier, wireless version, but until then, this is the mouse I intend to use for the foreseeable future.

Excellent buy
Third one I've purchased in 5 years. Really good if you struggle with your hands. I have arthritis so I have one for both the office and working from home.

Three Stars
Good value, excellent service in sale/delivery. But not easily used.

Mighty Mouse
This is a fantastic adaption, much better on the hand, wrist and shoulder than the conventional mouse. Although it is more expensive than the conventional model it is a 'must buy' product, as it's worth every penny.

£94!? Rip-off central.
Absolutely shocking price! I have used this mouse at work but decided it was too cheap to be of any use. The housing is really cheap light flimsy plastic. I found the previous used had used little rubber feet from somewhere to stop the underside lip of the casing catching on the mousemat. Sadly this solution was rubbish.Aside form the absurdly cheap build quality and cheap clicky buttons, the product developed an intermittent connection fault so I was forced to give up on it very quickly. I assume this is due to cheap interior build quality.Additionally I would add that this product needs to install drivers every time its plugged in (why, i dont know...), so if you plan on switching it more than once a day (say to give your right hand a break and plug in a left handed mouse for a few hours) then this is definitely not the one.

How much?
£94!!!! It's just an ordinary mouse with a larger but still very cheap plastic casing. I've already got one from work and it's great, I want one for home but I'd rather have RSI than pay £84 for a simple, extra bit of plastic. What a rip-off!
