I've been taking magnesium supplements for a couple of years, not regularly but whenever I begin to feel run down, so I'm a big fan already. These supplements come in a large and full bottle. The lid is securely sealed but easy to open. The capsules are of a regular size and easy to swallow with no taste or aftertaste. Well made and suitable for vegans and vegetarians they are a quality product.

Quite a high strength tablet, I took in moderation as am taking other supplement, I didn't find much benefit after a few days so I've stopped with the intention to restart with more dedication as I'm hopeful that some commitment should bring some benefits

Whilst these vitamins are easy to swallow and they offer excellent value for money, it's worth to do some research into which type of magnesium has better absorption (malate), which one is better for sleep, reducing stress and promoting healthier bones (glycinate) and which one helps with your digestive system (citrate).Magnesium Oxide is the cheapest of them all and the least effective, according to a few journals. Do some research before buying any supplements.

I am always in need of magnesium supplements because I find they give me an extra bit of energy during the day and provide a restful sleep at night.These pills come in a professional-looking container, with excellent quality English (which is something I always look to when getting products like these). The container is also double-sealed, so I was completely assured that these supplements were of good quality, and most importantly, safe.They are very easy to swallow, being of a good size. I sometimes find that many of these sorts of pills are unreasonably large, and can be quite difficult to take, but these pills are very good in that regard. Your daily dose is also all wrapped up in one single pill. Many other products will ask you to take two or more, which can be quite difficult to take in one go, so I appreciate only having to take the one.This makes these fantastic value as well. 240 capsules, taken as one a day, means that these pills will last almost 8 months, coming out at (with a pack price of £12.40 at the time of this review) 5p per day, which is more than reasonable for the benefits that come with taking them.I have not noticed any adverse side effects, and the usual benefits one would expect from magnesium supplements are all there. Good quality sleep, good energy during the day, etc.I would highly recommend these magnesium supplements.

Terrific value for money. Magnesium has been working great at eliminating my husband's night-time leg cramps. I can't comment on the other claims made in the ad. I like that the ad shows the full label. It makes it feel like the supplier is being open and honest about what you're purchasing which is highly important to me. They use GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) which is excellent. I don't find the capsules to be easy-to-swallow and that's really the only negative thing I can say. We will most likely be ordering these magnesium pills again.

400mg of magnesium is a good quantity, not the half dosed versions you can stumble on when looking for magnesium on Amazon.This combined with Zinc and vitamin B6 will make the patented ZMA formula which is ideal for taking before bed to aid physical recovery.For £12.50 you get 240 capsules in this bottle - absolute steal, happy to recommend.

I read somewhere that magnesium and Vitamin D taken together are beneficial for keeping away the winter bugs... so this product seemed like a great way to get a good dose of magnesium.The bottle is huge - and so are the capsules. Lots of product safely sealed inside.The capsules themselves have an odour/ initial taste which is very much like old loft smell - reminded me of the smell of Xmas decorations that had just come out of storage!However, when taking with food, there was no taste or aftertaste.There's around 8 months supply in the bottle if you do the maths, so the value here is good given the bottle costs just under £13 at the time of writing.Just a few days after taking these with vitamin D, I noticed some bloating and stomach upset. I stopped taking the tablets and ate bland foods (rice/ bananas/ toast) for a day, and once my stomach was settled I tried back to the vitamin D (which I'd been taking constantly for 3 months prior) and all was well.I decided to introduce the magnesium again after a few weeks, and the stomach upset occurred again... so I am quite sure it's more than a coincidence.Perhaps the dose is too high, or perhaps there is another ingredient that doesn't agree with me, but these are not really for me.

Magnesium has become my essential supplement as I find it helps to reduce stress and aids a good night's sleep. These capsules are easy to swallow and I have not had any adverse effects since taking these. You get 8 months supply for £12.50 if you take one a day, which is great value for money. I sometimes take two if I am feeling anxious as I find they help to relax. I would recommend.
