Just started these as they were highly recommended by friends, will update this if they don’t perform, they are easy to swallow, I believe they give pain relief, it ive been told they help hair growth and condition, so they must be Quality, good value for the money

This stuff is AMAZING, my nails are stronger and my hair feels better and this is just with about a month of taking only one a day. The bottle says 3 a day but I think one is sufficient.Will definitely buy again.

I’ve been taken the marine collagen for several months. Maybe coincidence, but my nail are growing so fast & my hair appears to have halted some of the hair loss I was suffering from. My skin has also improved - it hasn’t cured the wrinkles, but I don’t think there’s a magic potion for that😉. Easy to take, so I’ll continue taking it.

Very good source of collagen! I have been taking it for a month and I see big difference in my skin.The only downside is that they are big and hard to swallow.

I don't usually have a problem but these don't have a really smooth coating so I find them difficult to take.

Works well, been using for a few months and can tell a difference with my nails.
