Very poor
I had a previous Panasonic for Twenty years and worked a dream til its life’s end This new type was a family present at time of Covid when purchasing bread was unpredictable and I have to say it worked well but doesn’t now I have tried it on 4 hr and Rapid bake and the bread is flat ( waste of electricity ) It is brand new ingredients so no idea if it’s the machine or just not working and ingredients poorer in quality It did work better with a strong shop all together mix so maybe will try again but for the cost of machine ( as was ) it’s disgraceful not working with new ingredients It’s something Panasonic must check themselves with all ingredients that are normally available on supermarket shelves

Incorrect Price and Voltage for UK
A US product with incorrect voltage and price - this is 110volts, so even if you change the plug, the machine will fry in the UK. The correct price is circa £150, not £500!

BE CAREFUL IN THE UK - THIS IS A USA PRODUCT AND NOT SUITABLE FOR UK POWER SUPPLY - DANGEROUS!
I haven't purchased this but have been searching all over the UK and everyone is out of stock. This product should cost £199 and I couldn't work out why the Amazon product was SO MUCH more expensive. I looked by chance on the US website as am often in the States, and noticed the exact same advert with the same ASIN number (Amazon unique product number). Looking at the UK advert closer, it says in small letters at the bottom 120V - which is a US product. UK voltage is 220-230V. First of all, when you get it the plug won't fit - but if you manage to cut of the American plug and fit a British one, then you are going to blow up this product as it has double the voltage and the wrong frequency.

This is the "best" bread machine I have ever had the pleasure of purchasing; it is easy to use, and clean. I recommend if you want a quality machine to make your favorite breads. I love it!

Bought this as a replacement for a Cuckoo bread maker, which was purchased from Costco. Compared to the Cuckoo, Panasonic offering is a head and shoulder above in pretty much every aspect. The only time I had a bread that wasn't so good, was when I assumed that the order of adding things to the bowl would be the same as the Cuckoo. So, I added the wet ingredients first as opposed to last. Even in that instance, the bread was edible, just not very good. Afterwards I read the whole manual and haven't gotten anything but stellar results. In terms of shear quality, Panasonic has a very low noise motor and the machine itself is rather stable, when kneading the dough. At the same time, the mixing bowl is quite substantial, the paddle is sturdy, and the non-steak coating is durable and effective. The fact that you can purchase parts for repairs that might come with age and usage is something to cherish in this day and age of throw everything out. My only disappointment is the fact that Cuckoo had a memory feature to continue the program in case of power disruptions, which I wished Panasonic also implemented as sometimes you need to move the machine to a part of counter that was not accessible before hand. Overall, I'm quite happy with my purchase and would recommend everyone who can afford the extra price to invest into this instead of the more basic and budget oriented machines.

The Panasonic Bread Maker is replacing a 20 year old bread maker. It still works, but the bread pan keeps popping up when using a bread mix. The bread pan in the Panasonic locks with a little twist. I made the Basic White Bread from the Panasonic manual in the old machine before the Panasonic arrived and then in the Panasonic Bread Maker. The first picture is from the old machine, the second from the Panasonic and the third is my second attempt at a Banana Bread recipe for bread machines. The banana bread hasn't cooled enough to slice, yet. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the first banana bread loaf, but it still came out pretty well. To make the banana bread, I had to manually set the mix time, then manually set the bake time. I have never been able to do that before. I was impressed that the Panasonic has that capability. Compared to our old machine, the bread from the Panasonic is a little lighter in color, the crust is softer and the loaf is "spongy". When pressed lightly, it springs back to the original shape. Before, I had to be careful not to leave a dent in the bread. I have tried a bread mix in the Panasonic 2 times, but it did not come out perfect either time. The bread was very good, just not perfect. I The Panasonic is not perfect, but I couldn't afford $400 for the huge, nearly perfect bread maker that I don't have room for anyway. I read the online manual for the Panasonic before buying it and I was impressed with the way it was laid out and the way the different functions were described.. I still have some learning to do for bread mixes, but I thoroughly pleased with the results of the bread made from "scratch". I just wish that the settings screen was back lit I also want to mention, for those keeping track, this is my second Panasonic. I ordered one from another vendor because it was substantially cheaper, but it arrived dented. The vendor didn't have any more, so I bought this one from Amazon. It arrived it perfect condition., thankfully. I think that Panasonic needs to using something a little more substantial than air to protect the sides of the bread maker in the shipping carton. Bottom line, I am happy that I bought the Panasonic Bread Maker

I've never owned a bread maker before and I've baked pretty much my whole life. So when I started having issues making dough and baking due to mobility and pain, I knew it was time to start looking for one. I read a lot of reviews on many different bread makers, watched a lot of tiktok videos, qnd read a lot of website reviews before deciding that this one seemed like the best one I could get. The reason I chose this bread maker in particular is because it has a fruit and nut dispenser and that makes it more convenient IF you are only using dried fruits and nuts. If you want to make a lot of fruit "loaves" like I do ie blueberry or cherry that requires fresh or frozen fruits, then you have to add those In manually yourself. (The machine likes to kick up a fuss whenever you need to do that so don't worry) Otherwise this bread maker has made baking super easy and very hands off. I will say, however, that I know what to look for in my doughs and mixes due to having baked for so long I know when to add or change certain things to get the best results. If your doughs are collapsing, or not performing as you expect and you are unsure on what to do then this bread machine comes with a quick troubleshoot guide and problem solving page in the user manual. I'm sure you could also find that info online. This bread machine has so many functional options that I use frequently. I say I bake just about every day to every other day. I definitely get a lot of value out of this bread maker. It is very versatile. It did take me awhile to figure out what settings I needed to bake my "loaves" as a lot of online bread machine recipes call for "sweet bread" or "quick bread" settings to be used which is not accurate or the right setting for this bread machine. For my banana breads and my blueberry loaves and basically any other loaves I use the "cake" setting and they turn out perfect every single time. It took me a long time to figure that out but I'm glad I did and I wanted to share that incase anyone else was having a problem or wasn't sure what setting to use. You do not need to use the "knead only" then the "bake only" setting that the manual or other websites suggest, It's just a waste of time when the cake setting does it all All in all this is a great bread maker and me and my family eat deliciously, perfect baked goods all the time now. Also it is very easy to clean and is definitely non stick. Enjoy! :)

We use this bread maker twice a week for about a year now, and it turned out to be fantastic. It produces a variety of great breads, and we also use it to make pizza dough. We do not buy bread elsewhere anymore, although I'd sometimes wish for more recipes to be available. The machine itself is pretty solid and heavy. It doesn't jump around on the counter top. It emits some sounds during operations, but nothing particularly too loud or annoying. Handling the bread maker is very easy, and after the machine has done its job, it's pretty easy to clean, too. Want a no-brainer bread maker? This is it.
