Works great very happy with it

This lift was easy to assemble in minutes and fits my snowmobile perfect. The hook is just wide enough to go around my tow hitch and the adjustable height makes it easy to find the right setting to lift it far enough to get the dolly in and out from under the track. One of the hard rubber end plugs (fits in the end of the tubes to provide a finished look) was broken in the box upon arrival. I submitted photo evidence to customer service and they were quick to respond. Unfortunately, they don't have any of these available for replacement, so they gave me a good will adjustment. If I really want to find a replacement plug, I can do that myself, but it's not necessary. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Had it for2 weeks now and can say it works great, effortless to raise my sled up, was skeptical at first that it would push the rear flap forward but it barely touches it - if at all. To me it's a must have, have a 40 year old stand that works great but I have to lift the rear of sled onto it.

This item works like I expected. Good quality.

Unboxed the stand and none of the hardware was inside. Need parts #7 through #13 to put together. I reached out to their support email on the instructions, but didn't hear anything back and requested a return 3 days later.Stand seems solid and was exactly what I wanted to help get my snowmachines put away for the summer. Hopefully the replacement package will have everything.
