Psycho Juice Mustard Ghost Pepper Hot Chilli Sauce 148ml

Decent heat on the way in. Decent heat on the way out.One of the tastiest sauces in it's heat range.I'd describe it as about a 6/10 heat vs other sauces I've had ranging up to 50% reaper sauces (which would be a 10).

I thought I liked hot sauce. I tasted this and realised that there were indeed sauces in the world that were unendurable - this is one. But I am a feeble Brit so there may well be sadists who would like to feed it to their friends or masochists who want to eat it themselves.Good on you - not for me and my rating reflects that. But was it an accomplished tongue burner? - oh yes!!Same company does a wasabi based hot sauce that is superb.OK, OK - I am a wimp.

Was a gift, so can't tell personally how the sauce tasted but recipient advised they had to eat lots of yoghurt after having a sample! It's extreme!

Throwing this a solid 4 and highly recommended.Yes it is hot but you should really already know this when the heat level is 10. Recently I've been having this on an almost daily basis with my soups at work and it really gives it a kick. The mustard isn't overpowering and personally would prefer it a little stronger but it can't be faulted for this. Overall taste is great and cannot be compared to many hot sauces that can often have a very common cajun pepper taste, this doesn't boast those qualities.You do not need lots of this so it has the potential to last a decent amount of time, just depends how much heat you like on your food. Only reason for a 4 is I do have preferences for other sauces that I would consider a 5, still a good choice.Next bottle will be a 10+ps. Also a Brit!

Purchased as part of a set of three from the seller, this being the first I have tried of the three (Psycho Juice Gift Box Extreme Collection 4). I'm a big fan of hot sauces, and this is right up my street! not too hot as to need to be mixed with something milder or only to be used in cooking, I (sparingly) use this a dipping sauce. In fact I dont think i would cook with this as the great flavours may get lost. I dont find it very mustardy, more of a sort of cross between a piccalilli and a chulula type sauce. A great balance of sour, sweet, heat and spice. I am looking forward to trying the others!EDIT: mixed with mayo - EXCELLENT!
