The cube is really nice for the cost! It's not a $30 cube with magnets and/or a tension adjustment but so far I'm very happy with the quality. The cube's color is vibrant and it seems like it will hold up to repetitive use. I give it 5 stars for a base cube.

This is a good, fast cube. Can't beat this price, but it isn't necessarily the best option out there. If you're looking for sheer speed regardless of price, this isn't it. But this cube balances speed and cost well, and is fun to look at, too.

This is one of the smoothest puzzle cubes I have used and the fact that the edges are clear is extra fun! We accidentally dropped this on the floor and 3 pieces (one cube) fell off but they went back on easily. This cube is fun, colorful, easy to speed solve, and seems to be very durable.

I was a kid when the original cube came out and had a lot of fun with it so wanted to get one for my son. This one has a cool look and the rounded corners mean it doesn't jam as much as the original did. It also seems to be a little bit "looser" but not in a bad way, allowing less effort to turn the faces. I was never a speed-run solver myself so I don't know how much it actually helps but it feels nice to me. It's a nice item. It does look a bit smaller than the older cubes but I measured and it's the exact size. I think it's probably just an optical illusion caused by the rounded corners and smaller stickers (I actually just compared it to an original and it is a couple of mm smaller if that's important to you). It's a bit lighter than the original too.

The media could not be loaded.  I was so excited to get a new cube and when I opened it up, a bunch of the metal pieces had fallen off. 15 to be exact. It turns nice, but I can’t do anything with it till I can go get some glue and glue all the pieces back on. So disappointed.

I recently delved into the Moyu RS3 2020 with Maglev components, and it's quite the experience. This upgraded version retains the familiar feel of the old RS3 2020, but it comes with a twist. The maglev components make it a bit harder to control, and the slicker plastic occasionally results in unintentional shifts – an issue that tightening the tension doesn't entirely resolve, despite being adjusted tighter than my RS3 2020.While my heart still belongs to the RS3 2020, this cube offers a different challenge, particularly for enthusiasts who crave speed, agility, and lightning-quick reflexes. At its price point, it's a solid option. However, it's crucial to invest time in setting it up, oiling, and breaking it in. I used 5 drops of Martian Cube Lube, and it made a noticeable difference. Without this preparation, the cube feels cheap, plasticky, and surprisingly louder than anticipated. Despite these quirks, it remains one of the best cubes out there, especially when given the attention it deserves. I'm no expert, but it's a 4-star recommendation from me for those willing to navigate the learning curve.

I ordered this cube because I recently gave away my classic Rubik's cube.For years I thought about getting a speed cube, but I always thought the classic cubes looked better. Still, I gave this a try.OMG—why haven't I tried one of these before? This thing is SO fast. I'm not a speed cuber by any means, but in my first few tries I already beat my long standing personal record by 20 seconds (old record 1:58, new record 1:38).It comes with a tensioner tool which I guess can be used to adjust how loose the individual blocks are, but the manual doesn't make any sense to me. Perhaps the target audience is people already familiar with customizing their cubes. I'm not going to bother with the display stand or the tool; the cube itself is good enough for me.The company trademark sticker that was on the center white square was very easy to peel off, and I was able to wipe away the glue residue with my thumb. Now my cube is clean. I almost stopped playing with my classic 3x3 cube in favor of my 6x6, but the smooth action of this cube has me in love with the 3x3 format again.I'm happy!I will update this review if anything changes.

iYallow currently has 9 different speed cubes listed. This is a review of the MOYU RS3 M 2021 3X3 (MAGLEV) Speed Cube. I am able to solve a 3x3 cube in 3 to 4 minutes using the beginner method. If you are more advanced than that, you don't need my opinion of this cube. Move along, nothing new here.The cube is composed of stickerless pieces made with standard colors. The surface is a frosted finish. The logo on the center white cube is a sticker that can be easily removed if you want a plain cube. The cube comes with a spring compression tool, a screwdriver, a simple display stand, and a spare compression piece. This is a stock Moyu cube as best I can tell. The other cube of this quality that I have used is the Qiyi M Pro 3x3. I can feel very little difference between them. I have not adjusted or lubricated either cube.I think this cube has a good feel. This is worthy of your consideration if you are a beginner looking for a cube for regular use or a casual user who wants a cube with a good feel. I would guess you would need to have solve times approaching 1 minute before this cube would be slowing you down much.
