Good Quality
The battery went dead on our Flip 5, so we ordered this one to replace it. In the meantime, we found out there were still two days left on the JBL warranty. Their customer service allowed an exchange if we sent it back. Knowing the warranty is over now, and the batteries go dead, we’re keeping this battery as a spare. It seems to be of good quality, and the tools are supplied to replace it.

Don’t Buy!! Save your time and money!!
DO NOT BUY!! After reading several reviews this battery seemed like the best option. I have no idea how it has 4.7 stars. Save your time and money and just get yourself a new speaker. Horrible product made of chinesium! DO NOT BUY!!

Works great!
My jbl flip 5 battery conked out on me. Watched a quick YouTube video and replaced with this battery in about 5 minutes. Works great! No issues so far!
