prevent damage to cultured marble
The water supply to my home is damaging cultured marble bathroom surfaces. Perhaps it is acidic. The Gel Gloss seems to provide an effective wax which keeps the water from direct contact with the surfaces. It also makes the surfaces shine again. I wish I had used it sooner.

Seems ok, but I don’t get what’s supposed to be so amazing
I bought this hoping it will protect a so-called “cultured marble” vanity countertop in a bathroom. I had to essentially restore this countertop because it was severely etched and pitted (apparently by normal bathroom personal products, no hair coloring or hair bleach involved). I don’t see anything wrong with this product, but I can’t tell how well it will be able to protect “cultured” marble (which is actually plastic composite, nothing “cultured” or marble about it). The terms “cultured marble” and “engineered marble” have to be the most fraudulent terms I’ve encountered in building materials. This stuff is just plastic composite material that’s supposed to simulate marble, but really doesn’t, and it apparently gets damaged very easily even by stuff like liquid hand soap. “Cultured” implies that something is natural but just artificially seeded like cultured pearls. That stuff is NOT marble and in no way was it “cultured”. It’s outright manufactured just like every other plastic composite. I would strongly recommend against buying any “cultured marble” anything or you’re guaranteed to have problems. But if you have some anyway, I’d strongly suggest trying to protect it from chemical damage somehow because it seems to be extremely vulnerable to very ordinary bathroom products. This seems to be the most recommended product I could find for that. I wish I could say how well this gel gloss product works for protection, but I don’t really want to put blobs of different stuff on the countertop to see what it will protect against. I just figure it must be better than the nothing that was being used before. What I can say is that this stuff will not restore damaged cultured marble. I had to get out fine grained wet sandpaper to remove all the pits, etching, and scratches then use both rubbing compound and lighter abrasive polish, and it was a huge amount of work. But this isn’t supposed to be restorative, just shine the plastic up some and help protect it from damage. At those things it seems to work, I just don’t know how good the protective value is. It doesn’t smell bad and it basically goes on like car wax. It should also come in handy for other plastic surfaces, I’m just not sure which types of plastic it’s good for.

Super cleaner
I like it because it is not harsh yet takes the rust stains out of our shower and bath. Super easy to use and boy it leaves a beautiful shine when you are done. Since it is polish, it helps the shower and bath stay clean for longer.

Not sure I bought the best product out there for my marble bathroom vanity
I have only had my vanity in our main bathroom for about 2 years now and not pleased with the marble top. Over the years the top started to show what appears to be as stains around the sink area. I did some reading and discovered that marble tops tend to lose their shine and need to be polished. This product was claiming to be the best out there. I have applied it as the directions state and after 3 applications it is starting to show some result of shine - there are still small (quarter size) areas which are very stubborn at shinning. Any suggestions??

My first time using this product. I use it on the bathroom tub and shower stall. It does a fantastic job of cleaning. I have now ventured to use it on the marble floor tiles and they stand out like never before. So easy to apply. Two very big thumbs up.

I love this stuff. Years ago I bought a can of Gel Gloss and loved it. My can was running empty and I was looking for more. I found this on Amazon and decided to order it. The smell is a little milder than what's left in my old can however that might be due to the age of it. The new bottle of Gel Gloss cleans and polishes just as well. I use it on my sinks, tubs, chrome fixtures and even my mirrors. It leaves a nice polished finish.
